Led by Jonathan Carrigan
HuminAI was founded by Jonathan Carrigan, an experienced educator, strategist, and speaker specializing in human-centered AI transformation. Jonathan has delivered AI literacy and strategy training for professionals across industries through open-enrollment programs at McMaster University and the University of British Columbia, and has designed and facilitated custom programs for municipalities, public-sector organizations, and private companies across Canada.
He also leads the development of a new graduate certificate in AI and Automation in Marketing at Durham College, and will be speaking at TEDx Oshawa 2026 on Human-Centered AI Transformation.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan held leadership roles at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), bringing deep experience in innovation, strategy, and organizational change.
